Once we receive your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your items ASAP! All orders are processed within one to two business days, and then shipped to you between one to five business days ( Delivery time frames are all dependent on Australia Post and time frames will vary)
If you spend over $50 on cake toppers only free STANDARD post will apply for all items posted in Australia. This does not apply to overseas orders however a minimal flat rate is applicable for world wide shipping with cake toppers. Due to the weight of the cards there is a different fee to send these items.
Pick-up is welcome from Unley if you live in South Australia, we will let you know when you order is ready and make a suitable time for collection, generally via a sms. A suitable time will me made for you to collect along with pick up instructions and address.
In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up. For example Christmas time and the New Year may affect theses delivery times frames and if you are concerned please call us or email so we can advise an actual delivery date. We will do our best to get things underway as quickly as possible for you.
Please make sure the delivery address is at a safe drop off location. Your delivery address needs to be clear and correct in the cart as we copy and paste this to our postage labels.
You will receive an email or sms notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

Of course, you’ll want to know when your order is going to arrive on your doorstep . That’s why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number if this is the option you have selected in the cart. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your doorstep.
If in Australia and need to speed up the post please select the express post option. We always recommend that you use an option with tracking even though this may cost a fraction more its your and our guarantee that you will get your order.
World wide shipping does not have a tracking facility.
We send via Australia Post so please refer to their delivery time frames. If you decide to use standard post that cost less there is no tracking we cant be held accountable should your order not arrive.
